POLICIES

All orders will be reviewed, fulfilled, and shipped within 2-4 business days of placing the order. Service times for delivery are listed on our service map on the home page of the website.

If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, are reporting any external or internal damages, or lost product, you may request a refund or substitute product within 30 days of receipt. You must contact us to receive return authorization prior to returning product.

Any refunds will be issued within 1-2 business days of receipt of returned product and take 5-7 business days to appear on a customer’s statement.

We reserve the right to cancel and/or refund any orders due to inventory issues or fraudulent suspicion.
