Shipping & Lead Times

All orders will be reviewed, fulfilled, and shipped generally same day the order is received. Delivery times are between 1-4 business days once the order is shipped via UPS. Service times for delivery are listed on our service map on the home page of the website.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, are reporting any external or internal damages, or lost product, you may request a refund or substitute product within 30 days of receipt. You must contact us to receive return authorization prior to returning product. (Re-stocking fee may apply)

Any refunds will be issued within 1-2 business days of receipt of returned product and take 5-7 business days to appear on a customer’s statement.

We reserve the right to cancel and/or refund any orders due to inventory issues or fraudulent suspicion.
